- 1 Flatbread Large, store bought
- 300 g Smoked Salmon
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup Red onion Finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 1-2 teaspoon Dill Fresh
- ½ Lemon Sliced into wedges
Cut flatbread into two equal parts. Bake according to package instructions and let cool completely.
Spread cream cheese evenly over flatbread.
Top with smoked salmon, red onion and capers. Squeeze on some fresh lemon juice and garnish with dill.
Cut into wedges and serve. Enjoy!
