Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ oz clementine juice
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz cinnamon simple syrup (recipe below)
  • 2 oz white rum
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • For the cinnamon simple syrup, combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Once sugar has completely dissolved, add two cinnamon sticks. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, remove from heat and discard cinnamon sticks. Allow syrup to cool completely.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add clementine juice, lemon juice, cinnamon simple syrup and white rum.
  • Cover cocktails shaker and shake for well for 10 seconds.
  • Pour cocktail into a glass and garnish with clementine or lime rind. Serve and enjoy!
