For the cinnamon simple syrup, combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Once sugar has completely dissolved, add two cinnamon sticks. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, remove from heat and discard cinnamon sticks. Allow syrup to cool completely.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add clementine juice, lemon juice, cinnamon simple syrup and white rum.
Cover cocktails shaker and shake for well for 10 seconds.
Pour cocktail into a glass and garnish with clementine or lime rind. Serve and enjoy!
