In a small saucepan, combine raspberries, granulate sugar, lemon juice and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat once sugar has dissolved.
Mash raspberries in syrup mixture to release juices. Allow to cool.
Strain with the help of a fine mesh sieve. Discard solids.
