Equipment

  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 fine mesh sieve
  • 1 glass jar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Raspberries fresh
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine raspberries, granulate sugar, lemon juice and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat once sugar has dissolved.
  • Mash raspberries in syrup mixture to release juices. Allow to cool.
  • Strain with the help of a fine mesh sieve. Discard solids.
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
