Ingredients
  

  • 1 Flatbread Large, store bought
  • 300 g Smoked Salmon
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Red onion Finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 1-2 teaspoon Dill Fresh
  • ½ Lemon Sliced into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Cut flatbread into two equal parts. Bake according to package instructions and let cool completely.
  • Spread cream cheese evenly over flatbread.
  • Top with smoked salmon, red onion and capers. Squeeze on some fresh lemon juice and garnish with dill.
  • Cut into wedges and serve. Enjoy!
