Puff Pastry Plum Tart

With only five simple ingredients, this puff pastry plum tart can be thrown together within minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Sheet frozen puff pastry thaw according to package
  • 4 Red plums, sliced into wedges
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
  • Thyme sprigs for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • While puff pastry thaws, slice 4 red plums into wedges. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, vanilla extract and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Unfold thawed puff pastry onto prepared baking sheet. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto puff pastry, leaving a 1" perimeter around the edge.
  • Top with sliced plums.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tart is puffy and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool. Garnish with thyme sprigs if desired. Cut into 6 servings and enjoy!
