- 1 can Coconut Milk
- ⅓ cup Patron Citronge Lime Liqueur or Silver Tequila
- ⅓ cup Triple Sec
- ½ cup Simple Syrup
- ½ cup Lime juice, fresh
- 2 tablespoon Lime zest
- ¼ cup Sweetened shredded coconut
Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
Margarita Popsicles
Combine coconut milk, tequila, triple sec, simple syrup and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Stir in lime zest and shredded coconut.
Pour mixture into popsicle moulds. Freeze 8-10 hours. Serve and enjoy!
