It’s Margarita Monday, amigos! Honestly, I can’t think of a better way to end my first day back at the office than with one of these watermelon margaritas. Refreshing, sweet and tangy, these bad boys almost make me forget that I have to go back into the office again tomorrow and adult all over again.

Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 oz silver tequila
- 4 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz fresh orange juice
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 1 cup cubed watermelon
- salt
- lime zest
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Combine salt and lime zest in a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and coat with salt mixture.
- In a glass jar, add watermelon, lime juice, orange juice and simple syrup. Muddle all of the ingredients together, making sure the watermelon is well squashed.
- Add tequila. Fill with ice and stir until combined. Strain into your prepared glass.
- Serve and enjoy!
